Southern Plainsmen Quartet was organized in May 1978 in
the rolling pine-hills of West-Central Louisiana and is
an outreach of the Southern Plainsmen Ministries, Inc.,
a non-profit Christian organization. The ministry,
supported by the contributions of its Christian friends,
appears in Christian churches regardless of
denominational affiliation on an expense plus
freewill-love-offering basis.

Northwood
United Methodist Church Fire
LAFAYETTE, LA - Fire officials in Lafayette believe
an electrical outlet caused a Palm
Sunday, 4-6-09, fire at Northwood United Methodist Church which
took hours to extinguish, damaging nearly 75% of the church.
Please keep this church in your prayers.
